JumpCut, SketchUp
JumpCut allows you to create/upload and edit your movies entirely online. It looks pretty simple as it even allows you to email your video to their servers.
After that, everything happens online. That is the real differentiator - you edit the entire movie using their online tools - you can even mash and remix your video as well as share with the community and friends.
Also, Google is offering SketchUp as a free download.
